Certificates and Authorizations
In order to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers we make sure that all goods, materials or services provided by Drabpol are consistent with effective standards, authorizations and certificates supported by procedures. Drabpol company is a professional, reliable and dependable partner in commerce and services both in Poland and in the world which is proven by Code Ethics implemented to our company as well as many certificates and military authorizations:
• PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Certificate confirming that Drabpol quality management system meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 within the scope of designing the equipment for supporting vehicle electronic systems and working machines, sale and servicing of products related to automotive and avionics technology including: fleet management systems, driver’s workplace, tachographs, air conditioners, refrigerating units and avionics,
• Internal Control System Certificate
Certificate consistent with requirements specified in art.11 sec.2 of the Act dated 29.11.2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance for national security and for maintaining international peace and security,
• Concession of Ministry of the Interior allowing foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance
Concession granted by Minister of Interior and Administration on conducting business activities in the area of: manufacturing electronic goods and electronic subassemblies for Military or Police purposes , trading in goods and technology for military and Police purposes,
• AQAP 2110:2016 Certificate
Certificate confirming that Drabpol quality management system meets the requirements of AQAP 2110:2016 within the scope of designing the equipment for supporting vehicle electronic systems and working machines, sale and servicing of products related to automotive and avionics technology including: fleet management systems, driver’s workplace, tachographs, air conditioners, refrigerating units and avionics,
• TRACE certificate
Certificate confirming the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the company in order to provide our customers with business safety and transparency. The procedures implemented in the company are in accordance with the assumptions of TRACE. Currently, the Code of Ethics applies,
• NATO NCAGE 0733H certificate
Certificate issued by Military Centre for Standardization, Quality and Codification to confirm that Drabpol obtained NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity 0733H,
• PART 21 certificate
Certificate confirming the Approved Service Organization in accordance with PART 21 focused on avionic systems for aircraft certified in category CS 23 (airplanes of the normal, functional and aerobatic category with MTOW up to 5670 kg and twin-engined, local transport with MTOW up to 8 618 kg) and CS 27 (helicopters with MTOW up to 3,175 kg),
• PART 145 certificate
Certificate issued by Polish Civil Aviation Authority confirming maintenance organisation approved to maintain products, parts and appliances.,
In June, 2014 we obtained the Facility Security Clearance subject to “CONFIDENTIALITY” confidentiality clause.
We have well organized system of protection of classified information and were positively verified in terms of organization, finance and human resources.
At the end of September, 2014 we were granted facility security clearance subject to "NATO SECRET" clause and "NATO CONFIDENTAL” clause. Apart from the fact we can provide protection of NATO classified information it was confirmed that we can provide the protection of European Union classified information subject to SECRET UE/EU SECRET” clause and „CONFIDENTAL UE/ EU/ CONFIDENTAL” clause. Certificates were issued by Internal Security Office after performing the facility security clearance proceedings” The above certificates state that we can perform the tasks to the benefit of safety and defense of the country related to the access to classified information to the benefit of NATO and European Union.
